"Thanksgiving and Merry X-mas”
A warm touch, hug and a kiss from the one’s you love, its times like these you’ve always been thinking of. Moms, dads, uncles, aunts, brothers sisters, daughters, sons and cousins, sharing gifts filled with love while the turkeys in the oven, grandpa's favorite tunes playing on the radio, while the smells of grandmas collards touches your nose. Only moments like this come once a year, although you wish they’ll never disappear, you enjoy these moments while they’re around, everyone laughing, joking, kids playing with many sounds, as more loved ones are just arriving from out of town.
You’ll all gather in the living room, listening to what everyone has to say, giving and receiving joy, peace and harmony in every way, feeling like everyday spent on earth was a preparation for today, no other feeling can measure or ever appear to be greater, holding on to the smiles and having family together is major.
Good thoughts and amazing spirits is all that will come your way, as your family pray on this Christmas day, there is six nights till the new dawn, this year will be the past and all it had will be gone, yesterday will become old and it will be time to move on, you’ll embrace the future and all it brings, loving life with a passion, because of the little things, having memories of the family is a gift in its own, so you pray for those who spent these nights alone, hoping they understand that being alone is still being at home and the best presents you can receive is Jesus presence, a gift of spiritual bliss giving you the glory and joy to reminisce on Gods love, the reason for life you cherish, peace on earth should be your only embellish, because it’s moments like this you’ll always miss.
